Contract Negotiations and Management

·         Real Estate transactions negotiated through closure:

o        Property Acquisitions/Sales and Settlements, Agreements of Sale, Lease Agreements and License Agreements, Site Licenses and Building Access.

·         Special Purpose Contracts:

o        Agreements between Electric Utility and Telephony Industries including; Master License, Joint Use, Interconnection, Rights of Way, Frequency Migration, Service Level, Construction and Maintenance, Vendor, Indivisible Right of Use, Inner Duct/Conduit and Collocation Space.

o        Joint Venture Agreements.

o        Labor Union negotiations (project driven) w/ IBEW Locals # 351, New Jersey and # 98, Philadelphia, Pa.

Project Management

·         For Electric Utility Industry:

o        Site Construction of wireless cell sites on electric utility infrastructure inclusive of microwave towers, energized electric poles, building rooftops and vacant land.

o        Real Estate site acquisition for wireless site construction, managing six agents on over 130 deals in a one-year timeframe.

o        Tax Revaluations resulting in excess of 100 million dollars savings negotiated on utility properties (500 parcels).

·         For Telecommunications Industry:

o        CLEC fiber optic networks.

o        Building Collocation buildout of CLEC operating/switching equipment in Verizon buildings.

·         For Legal Community:

o        Solely responsible for administration and progression for over 300 asbestos litigation cases from inception through all aspects of discovery to settlement and/or trial.

o        Supervised paralegal and secretarial staff as well as managed all discovery and trial schedules for over five attorneys.

Permitting Attainment:

·         Project Driven permitting acquisition includes the following;

o        All applicable State, County, Township, City and/or Municipal Land Use or Zoning ordinance mandated by authorized Agency or Board.

o        Site Plan, Electrical, Building, Road/Street opening, etc.
